How it works

We transform complex legislation into a simple, manageable process for your company.

Example of outcomes:

European Union Level (ECHA & EC)

Regulation Status / Update Deadlines & Impact
REACH (Annex XVII) New restrictions on synthetic polymer microparticles (microplastics). Transition periods for different sectors are ending. Action: Check ingredient lists.
CLP (Revision) New hazard classes (ED, PBT, vPvB) are now fully integrated into the ECHA classification process. Manufacturers must update labels and SDS for substances with endocrine disrupting properties.
SVHC Candidate List 5 new substances added to the Candidate List in January 2026. Companies must notify ECHA via SCIP database if these exceed 0.1% w/w in articles.
SDS (Safety Data Sheets) Transition to the updated Annex II format is mandatory. Older formats are no longer compliant. Audit your SDS library immediately.

National Level (Slovak Republic / V4 Region)

Authority Update Key Information
MH SR (Ministry of Economy) Update to Act No. 67/2010 Z.z. (Chemical Act). Alignment with new EU administrative fees and stricter reporting for industrial chemicals.
NIP (National Labour Inspectorate) Focus of inspections for 2026: Chemical Safety at Work. Increased checks on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) compliance and storage of hazardous substances.
Poison Centres (NTIC) Mandatory PCN (Poison Centre Notification) updates. All industrial-use mixtures must now have a valid UFI code and notification on the ECHA portal.
